The first vaccine is given at 8 and if they are here longer they will get boosters at 11 & 14 wks
Pups will be ready for their new homes at 8 1/2 - 12 weeks old.
Each pup will be dewormed several times before leaving our home.
A complete health record will accompany each pup.
A sample of puppy food will also be provided to allow for easier transition should you choose to change the diet.
Please be aware that changing the puppy's diet can sometimes cause an upset stomach and diarrhea.
Pups will have nails trimmed and will be bathed before going home.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SENDING A DEPOSIT!!
All puppies will come with a 1 year (From the date of birth) guarantee against life threatening genetic defects.
You must contact us within 3 days of your Veternarian's diagnosis or the guarantee is void. If the puppy is euthanized prior to the seller having the option to get a second opinion this guarantee will be null and void. We provide 2 options should the dog be found to have a disorder due to a hereditary defect to the extent that it renders the dog unsuitable as a pet.
Option 1: Replace the dog with a dog of equal value, If one is not available of equal value the buyer will be responsible for the difference in price due to registration, bloodline, markings etc. If you purchased your puppy for a pet and would not like to return it for another puppy, we will give a refund of $150.00 to help compensate for vet bills if you paid more than $500 for your puppy. Should the buyer choose this option, the refund will be given within 90 days from the date the seller receives all paperwork from the vet and registration papers are signed over to us. This option will not be valid until documentation from the vet, with the vet's signature, stating the diagnosis, registration papers, etc. are returned to the seller.
It is the buyer's responsibility to return these items to the us.
Option 2: In the event that you purchased your puppy for breeding/showing purposes and you would like to keep your puppy as a pet, we will refund $200 to help compensate for the inconvenience.
The buyer will be given a refund, as stated in this option within 90 days from the date of the diagnosis.
Should you decide to keep your puppy as a pet the seller is not obligated to take any further action!
No guarantee will be made as far as size, disposition, conformation, or breeding capability of any puppy.
For either option to be valid, the buyer must provide proof to the seller that the puppy has been spayed or neutered. The registration papers must be signed over and returned to the seller before a refund , as stated above, for either option is given.
If a puppy that has been reserved becomes unavailable (due to sickness or death) or should we choose not to sell you a puppy, for any reason, and you have paid a deposit or paid in full for the puppy we will give you a full refund within 90 days of us notifying you that the puppy has become unavailable.
This is the only case where a full refund will be given.
Serenity Papillons reserves the right to not place a puppy with anyone who we find unfit, unethical etc.
Buyer is responsible for costs incurred for shipping, or otherwise returning the puppy to us. If the puppy was not shipped it is still the buyer's responsibility to make sure the dog gets back to us safe and sound.
Should the buyer choose to replace the puppy with another one, it is the buyer's
responsibility to pay for shipping for the puppy they are returning and shipping of the new puppy.
If the dog should develop any disorder, buyer agrees to supply the seller with copies of all medical information.
Seller is not responsible for any cost incurred for the vet services provided for this dog except when we, the seller, have the dog examined by a vet of our choice.
This guarantee is Non-Transferable, meaning it will only be valid for the original purchaser.
